Our technicians are maintaining the emergency email address from Monday to Thursday between 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Friday 12:00 noon to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday + Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Please not that only urgent emergencies (e.g. pipe leaks, hot water outages, power outages in common areas, etc.)that cannot wait until the next working day will be handled.
For all other issues, please submit a damage report via your mybase platform.
In case of other hazards or emergencies during nighttime hours, please contact the appropriate emergency services directly:
Fire brigade: 122
Police: 133
Ambulance: 144
Lockouts are not considered emergencies.
In such cases, please contact a certified locksmith at your own expense. Please ensure that no damage is caused to the lock or door, as this may result in additional costs.
Alternatively, staying overnight with friends may be a more cost-effective option. Our office team will be happy to assist you and unlock your room during the next working day.
