Your privacy is our top priority. Generally, we will inform you in advance before any planned access to your room. This may be necessary for maintenance work, fire alarm system inspections, window cleaning, or technical room checks.
If you have reported damage or a malfunction, our maintenance technicians are authorized to enter your room to carry out the necessary repairs or maintenance work. In urgent situations, access may also be required at short notice to prevent damage or ensure safety.
