We understand that student budgets are tight. That doesn’t make things easy in a city with so many cultural, culinary and other activities. With the right information, however, you can make savings anywhere as a student. We’ll show you where there are discounts and offers for you.

If you are interested in culture, you will love Vienna. There are countless museums and galleries with great offers for students. We have compiled a list of the Top 10 museums for you. You will, of course, get discounted entry.

• Vienna Natural History Museum: students can enjoy 10€ entry instead of 14€ entry.
• Vienna Museum of Art History: Slightly more expensive but it’s definitely worth a visit. You can visit the Kunsthistorisches Museum for 15€ instead of 18€. However, this is only valid for those under 25 years old.
• Albertina: For students under 26, there is a discounted entry of 13,90€ instead of 17,90€.
• MAK - Museum of Applied Art: Normally, there is a discounted rate for you of 12€ instead of 15€. If you want to save even more, you can visit the MAK every Tuesday from 6 pm to 9 pm for 7€ .
• Museum of Modern Art: Normally, you will pay a student rate of 10,50€ instead of 14€ up until the age of 27.
• Vienna Technical Museum: Students pay just 12,50€ here instead of the standard rate of 14€.
• Kunst Haus Wien: You can visit the Hundertwasser Museum and the current exhibition for just 5€ instead of 12€.
• Haus der Musik: There are tickets here for 12€ instead of €16. However, you must show your student ID.
• Belvedere ticket - Upper & Lower Belvedere, Belvedere 21: Somewhat more expensive but it’s definitely worth a visit. You can visit both parts of Belvedere for 24,30€ instead of 28€.
• Leopold Museum:There are tickets here for 11€ instead of 15€ upon showing a student ID.
