25. November 2025 “Family friendliness is not just a buzzword – it is part of our corporate culture”

On November 12, 2025, our Managing Director Thomas Lebinger and our Authorised Signatory Rebecca Jahn had the honour of receiving the state quality seal „berufundfamilie“ from Federal Minister Claudia Plakolm. For us, this award is far more than a certificate – it is confirmation that family friendliness in our company is not just a slogan, but a central part of our lived culture.

We aim to create a working environment that takes different life situations into account and provides room for true work–life balance. This includes flexible working time models, understanding during special phases of life, and a respectful way of working together that places people at the centre.

Receiving the quality seal is both recognition and motivation for us: we will continue to work on providing our employees with the conditions they need to be successful in their careers while actively shaping their family lives. Because we are convinced: where people feel comfortable and supported, sustainable performance and long-term success can flourish.
