We are very happy to have made it to the finalists for the Best Affordable Housing Initiative of the Best-in-Class Awards 2023. Help show the importance of good, affordable housing for young people and vote for Viennabase in the Kategorie „Best Affordable Housing Initiative“.

Why? We have been committed to affordable student housing for more than 60 years and were among the first to focus on affordable housing. Since then, we have housed around 30,000 young people in our 4 halls of residence in Vienna and the popularity is still great. Affordable housing is at the heart of our brand today, as it was 60 years ago, and enables young people to lead self-determined lives..
