How can I apply for a room at Viennabase?

You are an official enrolled student at a university or college in Vienna? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Our student dormitory rooms provide a special solution to anyone, who is studying in Vienna for at least one semester. Our accommodation agreements are generally issued for one academic year starting at the beginning of September and end at the end of August.

For your online application for a place in the student residence, please have the following documents ready:
- valid passport (for minors: additionally, the passport of the legal guardian)
- current enrollment confirmation or proof of study (for school students: secondary school leaving certificate (Matura) or confirmation of school attendance)
- if applicable, confirmation of student financial aid or study grant
- payment method for the application fee: VISA/Mastercard or PayPal login details
