What should I do?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you can't pick up the key yourself you can send someone else to pick it up for you. The person needs to bring an ID for the pick-up. However, please send us a message beforehand via your <a href=\"https:\/\/mybase.viennabase.at\/ipack4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mybase platform<\/a> with the name and confirmation that we may hand over the key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unable to pick up your key during our office hours, we can also place it in one of our key safes for you.
