On November 12, 2025, our Managing Director Thomas Lebinger and our Authorised Signatory Rebecca Jahn had the honour of receiving the state quality seal \u201eberufundfamilie\u201c<\/strong> from Federal Minister Claudia Plakolm. For us, this award is far more than a certificate \u2013 it is confirmation that family friendliness in our company is not just a slogan, but a central part of our lived culture.<\/p>\n\n\n

We aim to create a working environment that takes different life situations into account and provides room for true work\u2013life balance.
