Not only does this mean having lots of fun and forming new and exciting friendships, but it also comes with following a few rules. But it\u2019s not so bad: when you know these rules, it\u2019s pretty easy to stick to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"padding-top-40\"><strong>Being quiet at night<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\" style=\"grid-template-columns:34% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"313\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/viennabase.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/full-moon-746111-bearb123...jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-917\" srcset=\"https:\/\/viennabase.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/full-moon-746111-bearb123...jpg 313w, https:\/\/viennabase.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/full-moon-746111-bearb123..-300x192.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 313px) 100vw, 313px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>You must be quiet at night between the hours of 10pm\u20136am. During this time, you should not listen to loud music, play musical instruments or do other things in your room or the building that could disturb your fellow residents. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"padding-top-40\"><strong>Keep things tidy - also in the shared kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\" style=\"grid-template-columns:33% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/viennabase.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/white-ceramic-bowls-on-brown-wooden-shelf-3505699-bearb..jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-925\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><br> Too many cooks spoil the broth. Do you recognise this saying? That doesn\u2019t mean that you can\u2019t make great food by cooking together. What it definitely does mean, is that too many cooks can make a mess. Therefore, please ensure that you always clean up after cooking. The next person to use the kitchen would like it to be clean as well.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"padding-top-40\"><strong>Please don\u2019t smoke<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\" style=\"grid-template-columns:33% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/viennabase.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/no-smoking-sign-3095752-bearb..jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-929\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Fire detectors are installed in the entire Viennabase - except in specially designated smoking areas. Smoking is strictly forbidden and there is also a ban on the use of open flames. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"padding-top-40\"><strong>Keep doors closed!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\" style=\"grid-template-columns:33% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/viennabase.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/steel-door-handle-on-door-147634-bearb..jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-931\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Please always close your door to prevent unauthorized access!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"padding-top-40\"><strong>Trash belongs in the waste room - not in front of it, not next to it and not behind it<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\" style=\"grid-template-columns:32% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/viennabase.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/gray-metal-mesh-cup-10041121.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1152\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Dispose of your garbage only in the designated garbage bins (bottles, plastic, cans...) in our garbage rooms. So please never put your garbage in the general areas or next to the bins. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"padding-top-40\"><strong>We welcome guests but not long-term guests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If everyone shows a little consideration, everything works wonderfully.
